1. Contracting Parties

The rental agreement is concluded between the landlords Aline and Alexander Kern, Bachenbergstraße 36, 72124 Pliezhausen, and the tenant.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

The booking of the holiday apartment is made in writing, by phone, or by email. The contract is considered concluded once the booking confirmation has been issued by the landlords.

3. Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 20% of the rental price is to be paid immediately after booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than five days before arrival.

4. Cancellation

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel up to five days before check-in. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full rental price is due.

5. Check-in and Check-out

The holiday apartment is available to the tenant from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

6. Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is 3 persons.

7. Liability

The landlords are not liable for damages to personal belongings or vehicles brought by the tenant. The tenant is liable for any damages to the apartment.

8. House Rules

The tenant agrees to comply with the house rules and to treat the holiday apartment and its inventory with care.

9. Withdrawal by the Landlords

The landlords reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in case of force majeure or unforeseeable events.

10. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the rental agreement is Reutlingen.
